    Can you please tell me, I have frozen your pizza dough in my deep freezer. When I take it out, how much time does it need on the counter? Also, should I knead the dough before I roll it out? Many thanks and cheers to good baking! –Karl S.


    No kneading is necessary, but not all yeasts survive freezing. Make sure you use a yeast strain that survives freezing temperatures, like SAF Gold Instant Yeast. The dough will take about two to three hours to come to room temperature. Happy baking!
