I saw your awesome pizza dough recipe in Bon Appetit magazine. I’d love to make your pizza, but there are only two of us. Can I reduce the ingredient quantities or freeze any remaining dough? Thanks! –Serena F.

    Hi Serena,
You can absolutely halve the pizza dough recipe. In fact, in My Pizza, the recipe makes 4 balls of dough (4 pizzas) using 3¾ cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon (1 gram) active dry yeast, 2 teaspoons (16 grams) fine sea salt and 1½ cups (350 grams) water. Just wrap any extra dough balls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
